Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must have all tags and labels attached
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Gift cards or digital products

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund for the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us and we will investigate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
